The 3rd Annual Official #BillsMafia TweetUp is going to be the weekend of the PANTHERS game, SEPTEMBER 14th and 15TH.

“Hammer’s Lot” on Jim Kelly Blvd., aka Abbott Road. (This is the same lot that we were in last year.)

We’ll have more details as the summer progresses, but expect a similar format as last year (Chinese auction of donated items, etc).

While anyone is welcome to stroll through and hang out as long as they like, we’ll be selling parking vouchers again this year — which we strongly recommend people take advantage of.

We sell parking vouchers for two reasons:

1) So we can provide the lot owner with an approximate car count, per his request.
2) The lot typically is full by 10am, so by pre-paying for your spot you will be guaranteed a place to park.

They’ll run $21.50 ($20 for the lot and $1.50 for PayPal fees) and will be available for purchase as the season gets closer.

We’ll keep you posted at the details formalize, but in the meantime make sure you’ve got that weekend marked on your calendar!

As the flyer above says, the event starts at 6:00 p.m. and there is no set end time as the club members and all those attending plan on hanging out at the bar for the night and interacting with fans. The event is not limited to Bills fans, but we are marketing it as a Bills Draft Party. It’s a great opportunity for Bills Mafia members and Bills fans in the Rochester area to come together and hang out to see who we pick with our first rounder!

We are proud to announce, in partnership with Queen City Sports, a one night event to mingle with fellow Buffalo Bills fans as well as preview the upcoming NFL Draft.

The event, entitled “A Look Into The Future: Breaking Down The 2013 NFL Draft”, will be held on Tuesday April 23 from 7pm-9pm at Coffee Culture at 448 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo. It will feature a question and answer panel of six local sports personalities who will be giving their views and predictions on the Bills plan for the draft as well as answer any questions that fellow fans in attendance will have.

The night will include giveaways of various items donated to us.

The Q&A panel will include the following:

• Jason Davis, Queen City Sports
• Ryan Talbot, Queen City Sports
• Del Reid, Billsmafia.com
• Chris Trapasso, Bleacher Report

This Sunday (November 18th) from 1-3pm, Donald Jones will be signing autographs at Center Ice Sports in Tonawanda (web: centericesportsonline.com, Twitter: @CenterIceSports).

Donations of $10 will help support the National Kidney Foundation and will enter participants in a raffle to win a grand prize — a Monday night out bowling with Donald and a guest of their choice.

If you’re a Bills fan, you deserve something good. There is no such thing as a “bandwagon” Bills fan… at least, not for a while. I work at a church in Rochester. We try to do things that help families and serve the community. Sometimes we do things for the homeless, other times teen moms, people with addictions, or whoever else is in need. Well, as a Bills fan, I realize we need some love too.

Bills fans, it is your turn.

If you’re a part of the #BillsMafia “FamBase” you don’t want to miss out on this opportunity for you and your family the next four Sundays. My church is having four special guests, with an autograph signing period for kids, & a special raffle for a few additional autographed items by Donald Jones and Stevie Johnson. There’s no catch, we’re just a church, and we try to do things for the community. All you have to do is show up at church for the next four weeks. There really is no other catch, no fees, no nothing. Come join me!

Here are the details: Buffalo Bills wide receivers Donald Jones and Stevie Johnson, Super Bowl XLII hero David Tyree and Jill Kelly, wife of Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly, will participate in a four-week NFL-themed series titled “Making a Comeback” at Lakeshore Community Church in Greece.

Jones is scheduled to be at the church, located at 3651 Latta Road, on Oct. 28 to take part in a live interview with senior pastor Vince DiPaola on “Making a Comeback from Limitations.”

Tyree will be interviewed on “Making a Comeback from Larger Than Life Challenges” at services on Nov. 4 and Kelly will share her story of “Making a Comeback from Loss” on Nov. 11.

Jones, Tyree and Kelly are scheduled to take part in services at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

A third service has been added for Nov. 18 when Johnson will be present to speak on “Making a Comeback from Labels and Criticism.” Services are scheduled for 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and noon that day.
